Residence of Brothers Tsarouchas (Konstantinos Markou) – (1924)

Two-storey neoclassical building constructed in 1924, located on the street Kantiotis Aug. The original owner was Tsarouchas and the current owner is Konstantinos Markou.
The building is symmetrical with respect to the axis of the entrance. There is a small courtyard in front and it is enclosed by a concrete wall with iron railings above. Between two square columns is the iron gate. On the same straight line from this is the entrance to the building. The door is carved wood.
The eight windows, symmetrically placed, are framed by a relief eave. The windows on the upper floor have aprons with relief panels in the shape of a rhombus.
Upstairs there is a balcony with iron railings and the balcony door is arched with prominent architraves. There are also four embossed false columns.
On the roof there is an arched metope with relief decoration.
Internally, there were originally four rooms on each floor around square corridors. Today the rooms are open on both floors and the building houses the Florina’s café.
