The Dance Theatre in Florina

The Dance Theatre Department of the Florina Culture Club has been operating since 1995 and has a steady course in the cultural events of our city. Artistic expressive dance (with elements of ballet and contemporary dance) and choreographies on quality music of the Greek and international music scene are taught.
It presents dance performances twice a year (one of them at the cultural events of the Municipality of Florina). He has staged many performances in our city and has staged two performances in Thessaloniki.
Groups of female students from the Dance Theatre group have participated in student competitions of the Ministry of Education for high school students.
During the Regional Student Artistic Competitions in 2006 they won prizes and in March 2007 they participated in the Student Week of Artistic Expression in Athens, won the first prizes organized by the Ministry of Education.
He maintains a cloakroom and maintains the hall of the 6th Primary School, which is provided by the Municipality for rehearsals and dance classes.
Despite all the difficult conditions for such an artistic dance with demands and difficulties, the people who participate (primary school, high school, high school students, students of Vocational Training Centers, students, teachers) are distinguished for their zeal and love for what they learn.
