Residence of Georgios Modi (1931)

A two-story building of eclectic style built in 1931, located at the corner of Kap. The building is located in the north of the city.
The main facade of the building is semi-circular.
On the ground floor there are three shops. The openings of the ground floor (doors and windows) are arched without cladding.
On the upper floor the openings are arched. The balconies have no architraves and their parapets are solidly built. The floor cornice projects over the balconies. The end of the floor before the roof is decorated with relief rectangles. At the rear is a small garden with a stone patio, iron entrance and railings. It was built by Georgios Modi and later sold to the Belka family.
