Culture, Literatures and Arts

Culture, literature and arts are an important part of the history of the country, as since 1941 there has been a Pedagogical Academy, and today it consists of the Department of Primary Education (School of Social Sciences and Humanities), the Department of Kindergarten Education (School of Social Sciences and Humanities), the Department of Psychology (School of Social Sciences and Humanities), and the Department of Psychology (School of Social Sciences and Humanities). There is also the Department of Visual and Applied Arts (School of Fine Arts) and the School of Agriculture (School of Agricultural Sciences) of the University of Western Macedonia.
In the city there are also cultural clubs with a long history such as the “Aristotle” F.C.F., founded in 1941, the “Florina Arts Centre”, the “Florina Culture Club”, etc.
