The building at 9 Eleftherias Avenue, allegedly owned by Prokopidis, was designated as a listed building as it is a building with a special architectural, aesthetic and morphological character, such as its qualitative composition with elements of contemporary Art Deco trends (e.g. Its qualitative composition in terms of the elements of modern Art Deco trends (e.g. geometric shapes, emphasis on linear elements, abstract frames, verticality, etc.), its building scale and its environmental relationship with the traditional urban image of the city and the surrounding open and natural environment. It has qualitative characteristics of artistic and morphological treatment of contemporary European influences that make it an interesting example of the architecture of the period (tripartite organisation of the façade, linear decorations, treatment of the doorway and enclosure, orthogonal gable end, etc.). The building in question, together with the other two in the area, constitutes a small unit (set) of three similar buildings, which create a development of facades, with visual continuity and coherence, contributing to the enhancement of the urban landscape and highlighting the historical and traditional urban landscape of interwar Florina. Due to its form and location, it is an important element in the preservation of the human scale in urban space and the preservation of the intimate relationship between the urban environment and the natural landscape.
